Elton Ilirjani, international model, activist and philanthropist was awarded the honor of Philanthropist and Activist of the Year at the Dan’s Out East Impact Awards in Southampton, NY.
The awards event recognizes and celebrates those who impact, influence and support the LGBTQ+ community of the East End. The afternoon was one of celebration, dancing, great food, drink and most of all, connection between people.
