Coming home to a messy home is less than ideal, and quite often, it’s alarming how quickly a cluttered space can continue to gather even more unwanted paperwork, notes, magazines, odds and ends.  If you’re struggling to tidy up and need some “cleanspiration”, Queer Eye star Bobby Berk has got you covered.

In partnership with Adobe Document Cloud, Bobby shares some great ways to declutter your home to create an effective home office. These include:

·         Organization is key. “In any home office you are bound to have many items that you need to store. Be it documents, contracts or tax documents, no one wants a cluttered office filled with unnecessary papers. With the Adobe Scan app, I can quickly scan these docs and automatically convert them into a digital PDF. I even use Adobe Scan to help capture inspiration from magazines and books with the app allowing me to convert any text into something that’s searchable on PDF which is super useful. I want to capture inspiration for future design wherever I can find it and Adobe lets me do that without cluttering my home office! Ultimately, –it helps to free up space in your office to keep those documents and items you need to have physical copies of.”

·         Don’t go overboard. “Beyond the organization aspect, I like having all the things that I need at arm’s reach. Having a little tray with pens, pencils and scissors on my desk means I don’t have to hunt for them and it doesn’t distract me from my work flow. I also always have a task lamp on my desk to ensure I have enough light when I need to work.”
