Award-winning actor, Ty Burrell of Modern Family stars in the new “Get Realtor” brand marketing campaign in character as Realtor Phil Dunphy, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

It’s a first-of-a-kind partnership with ABC TV, 20th Century Fox and creators of Modern Family, Christopher Lloyd and Steve Levitan, and inspired by a book of life lessons ‘Phil’s-osophies’ made by Phil Dunphy and introduced during season four.

The funny concept reaching the heavily viewed Modern Family audience shows the important of a Realtor, while showing the difference between that and a real estate agent.
