Actors Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder attend The Humane Society of the United States’ to the Rescue Gala at Paramount Studios last weekend.
The couple married for over a year are major dog lovers and animal welfare supporters, and spend much time fighting for our furry friends.
Others big on the cause that were at the gala included Leona Lewis, Frances Fisher, Kathy Freston, Kate Mara, Priscilla Presley with grand- daughter Riley Keough, Steven Tyler, Zendaya, Kesha who emotionally sang Lady Gaga’s “Til It Happens to You,” and mega-songwriter Diane Warren who won ‘Humanitarian of the Year’ award.
Said Warren: “Don’t eat f—ing meat. It’s disgusting.” Realize that when you eat meat, you’re not eating something, you are eating someone — someone with a mother and father.”
Oy, there goes my steak dinner.
