Last week, Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford was in good spirits as she
joined B Floral, New York’s premiere floral and event design company, founder and lead designer, Bronwen Smith for a special cocktail party and evening of floral arrangement design.
Posing for photos with guests, she and Bronwen put together a beautiful arrangement of seasonal blooms at Space 530 in the Garment District.
