Head to toe in Roaring 20’s attire, famous faces came out to The 20th Anniversary of Russell Simmons’ RUSH Philanthropic Art Foundation celebration at the 16th Annual ART FOR LIFE gala.
Hosted by Russell and his brother Danny Simmons and presented by BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin, the swank affair honored comedian Dave Chappelle, Michaela and Simon de Pury, and Director Ava DuVernay at Fairview Farms in Watermill, NY and raised a staggering $1.2M and counting.
The Foundation’s signature arts education and gallery programs, directly serve over 3,000 inner-city youth each year and there’s still time to contribute to the cause https://www.charitybuzz.
The fashionable and charitable event had the dazzling Soledad O’Brien as emcee, featured artist Wangechi Mutu, and included performances by Elle Varner, Bell Biv DeVoe and DJ M.O.S.
