Auditions for the 2015 New York Jets Flight Crew Cheerleaders will launch with the preliminary round on Saturday, April 11th.
The semifinal round of auditions will be held the following day on Sunday, April 12th, and the final round will commence on Thursday, April 23rd.
All auditions will take place at MetLife Stadium and interested applicants may register until April 8th.
Prospective Flight Crew members hoping to prepare for these auditions can attend any or all of eight prep classes being offered throughout March and April.
Different classes will be held at and Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan, as well as several New York Sports Clubs in both Manhattan and Long Island. The Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, will host the New Jersey classes.
Under the direction of Denise Garvey since its inception in 2007, the Flight Crew has grown to a squad of over 40 women, performing at all Jets home games and a number of team functions, including the annual swimsuit calendar shoot, various media and television appearances and the Junior Flight Crew Cheer program.
Ms. Garvey has been involved in professional cheerleading since 1998 and has been a member of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and the Knicks City Dancers.
