Oscar winner Tim Robbins is executive producer of poignant documentary ‘Elena’ directed by award-winning director Fernando Meirelles, who brought us City of God and The Constant Gardener.
The two put their names on the “viscerally moving” doc in which Brazilian actress/filmmaker Petra Costa chronicles her emotionally-charged search for her long-lost sister.
Robbins and Costa with Women in Film‘s Candace Bowen and Lucy Webb, took part in a special screening this week.
