Bette Midler who wowed us with her iconic tune ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ and Jenna Dewan Tatum, wife of Channing, an actress in her own right, both wore gorgeous dresses by the amazing Reem Acra at this year’s Academy Awards.
Here’s the designer recently hosting an exclusive afternoon of champagne and beautiful dresses at her fifth avenue boutique to benefit The Smithsonian’s Freer| Sackler Galleries.
Guests had a private viewing of the designer’s personal collection of traditional Arab world garments, and were able to see first hand Ms. Acra’s pre-fall 2014 collection.
