Andrew Rannells who plays Elijah Krantz on HBO’s break-out hit ‘Girls’, stands tall amongst the female cast at the Television Academy presents “An Evening with Girls” at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in NoHo Arts District, CA.
Creator and executive producer Lena Dunham who plays Hannah Horvath, told the story about how her and executive producer Jennifer Konner discovered Andrew Rannells for his part in “Girls” while attending the “Book of Mormon” in New York City.
Rannells then told the audience he continued his work on “Book of Mormon” while taping the first 2 seasons of “Girls” often working on it by day and “Mormon” by night.
