Filming on the set of the upcoming TV series ‘Songbyrd’ has begun in NYC, and Demi Moore‘s kid Rumer joins mom’s 80’s brat packer friend Andrew McCarthy who’s in the director seat.
The actor-director most recently spearheaded a few episodes of Netflix hit series ‘Orange Is The New Black’, replacing the project’s original director, Michael Morris who dropped out .
The music-themed ‘Songbyrd‘ stars Bethany Joy Lenz as a songwriter, a character loosely inspired by hit-maker Dianne Warren.
