Is Jason Segel hot for teacher?
That’s what all want you to think now that Segal and Diaz, who starred together in 2011’s ‘Bad Teacher’, were pictured having dinner together at hot spot Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton a few days ago.
The word on the street is that the two, who were “not romantic” at all towards each other, but acting “very casual and friendly”, and joined by another gentleman, came in late, waited a few for a table, and then were seated outside on the patio.
However, being that they are scheduled to film the Sony comedy Sex Tape, about a couple who take a night off from their kids to make a sex tape which they end up losing, probably means they were talking shop.
Their Bad Teacher director Jake Kasdan, son of writer/director Larry Kasdan is at the helm and ‘The Wrap‘ reported that Kasdan has brought on board Jack Black, star of his earlier movie Orange County, to play the CEO of a major porn company that gets his hands on their tape.
Segel and Black previously appeared together in Gulliver’s Travels and Cameron and Jack did ‘The Holiday’.
Could romance be brewing with the two stars? Hmmmm, probably not. Never would they have gone to trendy Nick & Toni’s if they were truly canoodling.
