Box office babe Keanu Reeves who looks to be bit more full-figured, turned up at Nikki Beach during the 66th Cannes Film Festival.
The 48-year-old was there speaking about his love of Kung fu movies and will star and direct upcoming film Man of Tai Chi.
Inspired by seeing Bruce Lee classics as a kid, the reclusive super star said, “Kung fu movies are beautiful, exotic, wonderful, empowering. It’s like play, he said of the martial art. “There’s something childlike about it. They are fake fights – and that’s fun.”
He described how he and his trainer from the Matrix Tiger Chen bonded during their eight-hours-a-day training sessions for The Matrix.
