Oscar nominated tough guy talent Josh Brolin son of seasoned actor Jim, step-son to someone you may have heard of named Barbra Streisand, and married to gorgeous actress Diane Lane, was arrested for public intoxication in Santa Monica, CA on New Year’s Eve right before the clock struck midnight.
He reportedly “was with a bunch of his guy friends and had a little too much fun.”
No celebration with the family on New Year’s Eve?
The soon-to-be 45 year old accomplished actor spent some time in the slammer. According to law enforcement sources, Brolin was booked into jail at 3:02 a.m. and then released at 7:14 a.m. on Jan. 2 with a $250 fine.
This is not the first time Brolin has had some trouble with the law. About ten years ago after being married to the lovely Diane Lane for four months, he was arrested for spousal battery after Lane called the cops.
And in 2008 there was the news out of Louisiana, where he was playing President George W. Bush in ‘W’ for director Oliver Stone, and with five others was arrested in connection with a bar fight.
