Fulfilling his dream of taking the Sundance Channel global, Hollywood icon Robert Redford adds another country to his belt.
Here’s ‘The Sting‘ star at a press conference for the Turkish launch of the Sundance Channel in Istanbul.
“When the Sundance Channel first started in the United States many years ago, it was my dream for the network to expand worldwide to showcase the exciting work of independent filmmakers.
“It’s an honor to visit Turkey, a country known for its vibrant arts and culture, to celebrate Sundance Channel’s debut. We look forward to bringing the compelling stories of filmmakers around the world to audiences here locally on Sundance Channel for many years to come,” said Redford from Istanbul.
