It’s going to be “A Long Night” on Tuesday, December 12th in “New York, New York” as several restaurants celebrate Frank Sinatra’s birthday by featuring specialty cocktails…

Carmine’s (200 West 44th Street | 2450 Broadway, 212-221-3800| 212-362-2200, www.carminesnyc.com) Italian restaurant has created a tangy cocktail called Sinatra’s Iced Tea – rye whiskey, maraschino cherry liqueur, lemon juice, Cinzano Bianco, simple syrup ($12).

Neely’s Barbecue Parlor (1125 First Avenue, 212-832-1551 www.neelysbbqparlor.com) concocted a sweet, dark cocktail with hints of fresh mint named after Frank’s other nickname, “The Innkeeper” – Jack Daniels, blackberries, lemons, & fresh mint ($12).

A.G. Kitchen (269 Columbus Avenue between 72nd and 73rd, 212-873-9400, www.agkitchen.com) decided to put a spin on the classic sidecar cocktail in honor of Sinatra’s famously captivating gaze called Ol’ Blue Eyes – Bacardi light rum, cointreau, fresh lime, splash of blue curacao ($12).

Frank Sinatra’s birthday is going to be “An Affair to Remember” after any of these cocktails. Just remember to “Take the “A” Train” home.
