It’s an election year so politics is on our minds.

In order to gain influence over their North Carolina district, two CEOs seize an opportunity to oust a long-term congressman by putting up a rival candidate. Their man: a naive director of the local Tourism Center.

Put Will Farrell and Zach Galifianakis in the starring roles, add Jason Sudeikis, Dylan McDermott, John Lithgow, Dan Aykroyd and Brian Fox, and put Jay Roach (‘Meet the Parents’ ) behind the lens and you have a comedy.

Rated R for crude sexual content, language and brief nudity.

My movie critic liked it and laughed.

In theatres now.
