Jessica and Ashlee Simpson’s manager dad was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence last Saturday according to E! Online.
The 54-year-old was stopped by police on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, CA at around 10 p.m. and took him into custody.
Being an alleged first-time offender, he was released the next day.
