A radiant looking Maria Bello sets some example. At last Saturday’s fundraiser for her charity, Vital Voices, the actress and activist raised money for Haiti while wearing Alexandra Moosally’s yellow sapphire pendant which is sold to benefit yet another charity — Alex’s Lemonade Stand which raises money to fight childhood cancer.
The timing is perfect with L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade stand event planned for September with honorary hosts Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka and emcee Jimmy Kimmel.
