The seventh annual Thrillfest returning to NYC’s Grand Hyatt Hotel will feature the largest gathering of New York Times bestselling authors under one roof and first-time thriller writer Eriq La Salle, will be there too, with his debut novel, Laws of Depravity.
Eriq, best known for his role in long-running TV series ‘ER’, will join established and aspiring thriller writers from all over the world who come together for what is known as “summer camp for writers and fans” and offers workshops, panels, cocktail parties, speed-dating with agents, and an awards gala.
Legendary authors this year include 2o12 ThrillMaster Jack Higgins, 2011 ThrillMaster R.L Stine, Lee Child, John Sanford and Catherine Coulter, along with 2012 True Thriller Award recipient Ann Rule (author of the definitive book, The Stranger Beside Me), 2012 Silver Bullet Award recipient Richard North Patterson, and 2011 Silver Bullet Award recipient, Karin Slaughter.
