TV icon Susan Lucci will star in new series coming to Lifetime ‘Devious Maids.‘
Based on the Mexican telenovela ‘Devious Maids’, Lifetime has picked up the new drama from executive producers including Marc Cherry and Eva Longoria, and ABC Studios with a 13 episode order for a 2013 launch.
Following the lives of five maids with ambition and dreams of their own while they work for the rich and famous in Beverly Hills, Devious Maids will also star Ana Ortiz (Ugly Betty), Judy Reyes (The Pregnancy Project), Dania Ramirez (Entourage), Roselyn Sanchez (Without a Trace), Edy Ganem (Livin’ Loud), Grant Show (Swing Town), Brianna Brown (Homeland), Rebecca Wisocky (American Horror Story), Tom Irwin (Grey’s Anatomy), Mariana Klaveno (True Blood), Brett Cullen (Damages), and Drew Van Acker (Pretty LittleLiars).
