The Grill at La Piscine, Chelsea’s new rooftop restaurant above The Americano Hotel is looking to be the next hot spot.
Chef Joseph Buenconsejo, formerly of The Lion, cooked up some outrageously delicious Greek & Mediterranean-style food at the opening party last week.
The Mini Lamb Burgers, which we heard someone say “best I ever had”, along with the Greek skewers served in a glass, and the hummus and babaganoush with warm pita bread were a welcome to the palate. The specialty made cocktails were nothing short of yummy.
This new outdoor patio with luxurious view overlooking Chelsea’s hippest of restaurants, art galleries and fashion spots is sure to turn heads this summer.
