It has been reported that Oscar winning child actress Tatum O’Neal, daughter of Ryan has voluntarily checked herself into rehab to battle her long running substance abuse problems.
O’Neal, 48, who has been in and out of rehab for years, is struggling again and rumored to be seeking professional treatment after suffering a setback.
