The other night, actress Blake Lively and amazing author Nicholas Sparks unveiled Godiva’s 2012 Valentine’s Day Promotion at the Andaz 5th Avenue Hotel in New York City.

The young starlet who was able to peal herself away from rumored new beau Ryan Reynolds, wore a cream Valentino dress with a blue Valentino skirt layered on top, and confessed her love for chocolate saying, “Chocolate is one of the most major things in my life…it’s like my longest relationship ever is with chocolate.”

Lets see if Reynolds can beat the record.

As part of the Godiva “Sweetest Story Ever Told” Valentine’s Day Promotion, one lucky chocolate lover will have the opportunity to meet Nicholas Sparks author of The Notebook, have him guide them in writing their own love story, attend the premiere of Spark’s new movie, The Lucky One, and have their name inscribed in literature forever as a character in one of Sparks’ upcoming novels.

Blake also brought along her parents, Elaine and Ernie Lively, both Godiva lovers themselves and continuously indulged in chocolate throughout the night.
