It may look easy but from what I hear being an in-demand high-fashion supermodel isn’t a cakewalk. But Leo’s ex Bar Refaeli sure makes it look easy.
The Israeli beauty had some sound advice for young aspiring models trying to make it in the cutthroat world of fashion.
Refaeli appears on Monday’s episode of Scouted (on E! at 10 p.m.) in which she helps mentor up-and-coming 16-year-old model Valenteen Mecham.
“She’s such a sweetheart,” Mecham told E!. “She just told me, ‘Be yourself. Don’t be someone you’re not.’ And when you’re on camera, pretend like it’s just you. It’s just you and the camera…Pretend you’re playing a character.”
“It helped a lot,” Mecham said.
As for what it was like meeting Refaeli, Mecham gushed, “She’s gorgeous. Her eyes are amazing. I’m like obsessed with them. They’re really blue. She’s a natural beauty.”
