The world’s top Poker players all took part in the newly launched Epic Poker League on CBS and Discovery Communications’ new hi-definition network, Velocity.
All the action on the felt was filmed this summer at the chic Palms Casino in Vegas and sportscaster turned entertainment news anchor turned sportscaster again Pat O’Brien is hosting, along with poker personality Ali Nejad. Poker Princess Annie Duke serves as commissioner.
Epic Poker League officially premieres on Velocity Fri., Oct. 7 at 10 p.m. ET, and the first CBS telecast will air on Sat., Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. ET.
