Bargain hunters rejoice. Century 21 has opened at 66th and Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and even gazillion-aire Kim Kardashian (pictured) loves a bargain .

With the recession facing another dip, it’s no surprise that discounted designer stores (T.J. Maxx), are making their move all over the city.

Just opened Century 21, which took over landmark Barnes & Noble’s space, the 60,000 square-foot store grouped by designers with cash registers everywhere, has already seen the likes of celebs who watch their wallets too. Different than its predecessor, the original Century 21 located downtown on Cortland street, the store which opened Thursday, went for  a new concept, “a boutique, luxurious feeling to it.”

Apparently, frequent shoppers of the ultimate designer fashion deals store include: Sarah Jessica Parker, Patricia Fields, Karl Lagerfeld, Nicole Richie, Olivia Palermo, Kelly Rutherford, Scott Disik, Lindsey Lohan, Kristen Cavallari, and more.
