Blake Lively and Penn Badgley who have been together for years and did or did not break up last month, regardless have to work together and seem to have found a way to do it. Here they are Tuesday on the NYC set of ‘Gossip Girl’ doing business as usual. Rumors were flying that Lively had been spotted with hot shot actor Ryan Gosling, but apparently they were part of a bigger group that also included Badgley. I guess time will tell but Gosling is a tough one to ignore.
