As I was about to write my cool restaurant suggestion about The Lambs Club, the new hot spot owned by the Food Network’s Geoffrey Zakarian, I saw what food critic Steve Cuozzo of the New York Post said and I knew I was on to something. His review of the ‘Chopped’ judge’s restaurant, The Lambs Club basically says in a nutshell, you better go, especially if you like pork chops because his dining mate, a restaurant owner herself said, “this is the best pork chop I’ve ever had.” Plus, it’s in the hip, art deco, luxurious and modern hotel The Chatwal, where the lobby bar is sure to be the lounge of all scenes.
