This Monday will be very eventful when NBC rolls out one of its new shows ‘The Event’ starring the always appealing Blair Underwood, along with new up and comer Jason Ritter. The always dashing in person and even on the phone Underwood, told us recently that he’s totally excited to be a part of this thrilling action packed, sci-fi, political conspiracy drama which has a “little something for everybody.” Underwood, who’s been in the business for some time and got his start on a little legal drama called ‘LA Law,’ which as we know turned into one of the biggest prime-time television drama’s ever, is hoping that history repeats itself once again with ‘The Event.’ Ritter, who is extremely likable, has that same charm that his late father, comic genius John Ritter had, so NBC is already ahead of the game with its casting. It premieres this Monday, September 20th at 9p.
