NYC’s very popular Atlantic Grill which currently dominates the Upper 70’s on the East Side, is going west young man. West as in another Atlantic Grill across town at Lincoln Square in the old space where Irish Pub, ‘ONeal’s used to be. Where O’Neal’s is going or not I don’t know but what I do know is that the very busy East Side outpost of Atlantic Grill specializes in delicious Asian inspired seafood and sushi and has a killer award- winning raw bar. It’s casual yet elegant and if you’re looking for a mature crowd and some fun then go hang at the bar and you’re sure to meet some interesting folk. Besides seafood, they have a full menu and it’s all scrumptious. The new sibling opening at 49 W 64th Street this Friday is right near high-end Chinese master Shun Lee and down the street from Lincoln Center. You know the old saying, location, location, location. I smell hot spot. www.brguestrestaurants.com
