One of the Hampton’s newest hot spots is the Boathouse Restaurant located steps from the water, right at Three Mile Harbor out in the Springs in East Hampton. The early word is that the food is really tasty and reasonably priced, the ambiance is chic and the crowd is top of the line. The space which used to be Bostwicks, has gone through a million dollar renovation and expansion, and the addition of a fireplace as an added allure to the year- round restaurant, not to mention the already stunning sunsets.
