Ardent Haiti advocate Sean Penn who smartly staged a fundraiser during the 65th Cannes Film festival to help the earthquake-stricken victims, is joined by director Paul Haggis, Roberta Armani and rumored paramour Petra Nemcova on the prestigious photographs-only red carpet.

Petra’s charity ‘Happy Hearts’ also took part in the fundraising. Petra who is no stranger to tragedy, was severely injured and lucky to survive after she fought for her life during the 2004 tsunami in Thailand that killed her then fiance.

After first being linked together back in 2008 during Oscar season, Sean and Petra seem to have rekindled the flame.

Coming off a heartfelt performance Thursday night at the Apollo Theater for the 11^th Annual ‘Great Night in Harlem’  event benefiting the Jazz Foundation with fellow artist Bono, Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Macy Gray with absolutely great hair, stepped out in New York City Friday and greeted fans from a Gray Line New York bus.

Macy recently released her seventh album, “Covered” which tackles material largely drawn from indie rock songs from the last decade by bands Radiohead, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Metallica and more.

Macy is also starring in an upcoming film by Director Lee Daniels (Director of the award-winning film ‘Precious’) for his forthcoming film ‘The Paperboy’ which also stars John Cusack, Nicole Kidman, Zac Effron and Matthew McConaughey.

No stranger to movies, Macy had a standout role in the intense and memorable award winning picture ‘Training Day‘ with Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke.

Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford, who stars in this weekend’s star-studded release What to Expect When You’re Expecting, chatted with Parade.com about being an uncle (his sister Candice recently welcomed a son with husband Tony Romo), ending the CW show that made him famous, finding love and his new role as a (fictional) dad.

Highlights:

Chace’s dream Gossip Girl Ending…
“If I got to write the show, it would be a very different thing. I would make Chuck Gossip Girl and I would turn my character into Patrick Bateman from American Psycho.That would be a weird twist of events.”

On ending the show…
“I tend to throw something for the crew at the end of every season. What will we do? For me, it’s going to probably be more bittersweet and tough to leave New York City. And it’s definitely an end of an era. It was college for everyone really. We’ll do something for sure.”

His baby handling skills…
“They are top notch [laughs]. I haven’t changed a diaper yet and that’s the part of being the cool uncle. I didn’t realize that  babies can’t hold their heads up right away so that was a lesson of a  sister yelling. It’s always the handoff that’s a little awkward. He  sleeps all day and just sits there and you watch him. It’s a beautiful  thing. He’s a big baby. He’s a strong baby. He came out with a football in his hand. It was a very weird thing. And a Giants hat. I was like, ‘What is that? Get that off!’ My sister was very athletic as well so I’m sure he’ll be fine.”

On settling down…
“Being from Texas, there is a little more pressure to get it done but I’m not really on that spectrum. I’m on a different train. I’ve learned I need a couple of decades of maturity. Maybe less than a couple of decades. It’s  about finding the right person. I’m not the kind of guy that needs to have a girlfriend or needs to have attention from a girlfriend. If it  happens, it happens. I’m always open to that. Not marriage yet, but I’ll  figure it out.”

On his future…
“Unless Games of Thrones comes knocking at my door, I’m going to try to make a run at film for awhile. Their are pros and cons to both. With TV, you’re locked in. It’s great because you have consistency though while film is like camp.”

As we’ve already told you, Kim Kardashian‘s boyfriend Kanye West was at big sister Kourtney‘s baby shower on Saturday.

On the heels of Kanye attending Kourtney’s baby shower over the weekend, Marc Malkin of E! News got the exclusive that Kim’s new beau will be Keeping Up With the Kardashians because the reality show cameras were rolling.

So does this mean Mr. West is going to be appearing on season seven of Keeping Up With the Kardashians?

He will…at least a little bit.

Not only is he in the just released television spot promoting the new season of KUWTK, but Kim, 31, told Marc Malkin he will appear in a few episodes.

“I want to show my life.”

While Kim says she’s not ready to talk about her relationship with West, 34, she did say, “If we are having dinner and he does show up, I’m sure we’re not going to go, ‘Stop the cameras!’”

In other words, we won’t be seeing Keeping Up With Kim and Kanye or Kim and Kanye Take the World anytime soon.

“I’m not going to be taking a bubble bath and drinking champagne or on a sex swing on camera like Khloé and Lamar do,” Kim said. “It’s not going to be like that.”

Kim admits her marriage to Kris Humphries leaves her a bit weary of sharing as much as she once did.

“My heart’s a little more guarded,” she said. “I showed so much of myself in the past. You almost get embarrassed showing this big wedding, which I would have had cameras or not. So I think you want to just guard yourself.”

Meanwhile, the family may be heading to London for the Olympics this summer. Khloé’s 32 year-old hubby Lamar is hoping to be on the U.S. basketball team. He’ll find out if he made the cut in early July.

Season seven of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres this Sunday May 20 at 9 p.m. only on E!

Also, new comedy  from ‘Will & Grace’ creators ‘Partners’, which they hope will bring in the huge ratings and big bucks that W&G did, will be going to Monday’s at 8:30p and be a lead in for hit ‘2 Broke Girls‘ occupying ‘Men’s slot.

Kourtney Kardashian wearing a comfy and super chic RAOUL’s Diana Gown to a Mother’s Day brunch at The Ivy Sunday in Santa Monica, California, waits outside for her car at valet with mom Kris Jenner.

The 33 year old reality gal who is expecting a baby girl in July, also had a femme-fueled baby shower the day before thrown by sisters Kim & Khloe at her mom’s home in Hidden Hills. However, it wasn’t girls-only.

According to E!, even though dad Scott Disick was MIA due to hosting some fakakta Atlantic City gig, that didn’t stop Lamar Odom and Kanye West from attending. Lamar arrived a bit late and Kanye spent time relaxing in the backyard at a table with Kim and Kourtney.

The Kardashians kept it traditional, serving finger food in the form of sushi, sandwiches and various desserts, as well as playing some baby games.
