International “Carbonara Day” at Barilla Restaurants was delizioso.
Held at the Herald Square location, Executive Chef Alfonso Sanna demoed “Spaghetti Carbonara” which will be offered on the menu from April 6th – May 6th in celebration of International Carbonara Day on April 6th.
The crowd of VIP’s and media couldn’t get enough of the iconic recipe, along with devouring some of the restaurants scrumptious salads including their classic panzanella.
Besides Herald Square, their other two locations include Bryant Park and Radio City.
