Scandal‘s Kerry Washington was honored with the Lord & Taylor Fashion Oracle Award last week at the Fashion Group International’s Night of Stars event in New York City at Cipriani Wall Street.
The award was presented by Samira Nasr, Fashion Director at ELLE, alongside Liz Rodbell, President of Lord & Taylor.
