At Sony Music’s New York City rooftop, legendary music group REO Speedwagon received the coveted RIAA Diamond Award for their album Hi Infidelity which boasted such hits as Keep On Loving You, and Take It On The Run.
Sirius XM Radio Host Mark Goodman, one of the original MTV VJ’s, presented band members Dave Amato, Kevin Cronin, Bryan Hitt, Neal Doughty, and Bruce Hall with the award for reportedly surpassing 10 million units sold in the United States, making it one of only 115 albums to approximately ever reach that unbelievable status.
