The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) hosted its fourth annual Collaborating for a Cure Luncheon at the private Upper East Side residence of event chair, Andrea Stark.

The event featured a fashion presentation by luxury fashion house Carolina Herrera, who presented their pre-fall 2017 collection before a private audience, with all event proceeds benefiting the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation.

Event Chairs Andrea Stark and Marion Waxman expressed appreciation to all participants and supporters, as well as highlighting that every dollar raised for The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation goes to research to save lives of people who are dealing with cancer.

Newly appointed SWCRF Executive Director William T. Sullivan, proudly proclaimed that since it was established, the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation has raised over 90 million dollars for researchers worldwide.

Other guests included event chairs Lauren Lawrence, and Pamela Morgan, and co-chair Erica Linden-Fineberg, as well as event committee members Sharon Bush, Maria Elena Christiansen, Denise De Luca, Boo Grace, Lucia Hwong Gordon, Susan Gutfreund, Mai Hallingby Harrison, Michelle-Marie Heinemann, Yaz Hernandez, Michele Gerber Klein, Patricia Kluge, Jeanne Lawrence, Valerie Lettan, Lauren Day Roberts, Barbara Tober and Karen Amster-Young.

Also supporting the cause and enjoying an elegant luncheon catered by David Burke at Bloomingdales included Michelle Herbert, Judge Jeanine Piro, Vicky Tiel, Judith Miller, April Gow, Alma Continanzi, Anka Palitz, Arlene Lazare, Andrea Schlossberg, Bernice Schwartz, Barbara Tober, Chris Arlotta, Caroline Lieberman, Gale Sitomer, Gwen Marder, Jeanne Lawrence, Jennifer Saraf Myles, Ingeborg Rennert, Karen Amster-Young, Lauren Day Roberts, Lucia Hwong Gordon, Mai Hallingby Harrison, Maria Elena Christiansen, Marlene Brown, Marcia Levine, Randi Schatz, Roy Fischer, Sherry Wiener, Valerie Lettan, Yaz Hernandez, Dr.Georgia Witkin, Tina Beriro, Jodi Rose, Nicole Salmasi, Kathy Gantz and Maribel Lieberman.
