The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) hosted its third annual Collaborating for a Cure Luncheon at Andrea Stark’s Upper East Side home and honored Oscar de la Renta with a fashion presentation showcasing the fashion house’s pre-fall 2016 designs.
The event which benefited the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation saw the likes of Samuel and Marion Waxman, Ramona Singer, Andrea Stark, Jean Shafiroff, Pamela Morgan, Erica Fineberg, Randi Schatz, Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, Ingeborg Rennert, and Bernice Schwartz.
Event Chair Pamela Morgan welcomed guests and introduced Marion Waxman who said a few words about the luncheon, and how it was initiated by Erica Fineberg three years ago.
Then, most importantly, Dr. Samuel Waxman spoke about various treatment methods and all the breakthroughs made possible by charitable donations.
