Among family and friends, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife celebrated her 38th birthday at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.
After publicly struggling with addiction issues and an up and down relationship with Sheen, which produced twin sons, Mueller who’s rumored to have a new boyfriend seems to be winning again.
Also celebrating, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast-member Joyce Giraud and husband Michael Ohoven.
