Actor Jeremy Renner is reportedly going through a divorce after a short lived 10 month marriage to Sonni Pacheco, the mother of his baby daughter Ava Berlin.
The very private 43-year old ‘Mission Impossible’ actor now filming ‘Mission 5′ with Tom Cruise and Paula Patton, set for release next Christmas, was served divorce papers from Pacheco citing “irreconcilable differences” according to TMZ and Gossip Cop reports.
Pacheco was supposedly living at Renner’s Los Angeles house after the baby was born in March, and in September Renner was spotted wearing a wedding ring and confirmed they had married.
What looks to be becoming nasty, TMZ is reporting the Canadian model is demanding he return her passport, birth certificate and social security card. And according to the documents, Pacheco says they have a prenup, but adds it should be considered invalid because it was based on fraud. No other information about the fraud charge has surfaced and Pacheco is asking for spousal support of custody of the baby girl.
