Just another day in the life of superstar actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

The Oscar nominated talent, known for his environmental activism, didn’t bother to shave or get a haircut when he accepted the coveted and highly respected title of United Nations Messenger of Peace from UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at United Nations Headquarters here in NYC the other day.

He sported the caveman look of full beard and pony tail.

DiCaprio, who will bring awareness to climate change, joins a prestigious list of celebs who have worked with the United Nations on various causes including Audrey Hepburn and Angelina Jolie.
