Debra Messing is lady in red at the NBC Upfront Presentation promoting her new series “The Mysteries of Laura”.
Messing returns to NBC as brilliant NYPD homicide detective Laura Diamond and proceeds to balance her “Columbo” day job with a crazy family life that includes two unruly twin boys and a soon-to-be ex-husband co-starring Josh Lucas — also a cop – who just can’t seem to sign the divorce papers.
NBC is second home to the successful ‘Will & Grace’ actress who also most recently starred in ‘Smash’ for the peacock network.
The new series debuts in the Fall on Wednesday nights.
