The new film based on the late Princess of Wales starring Naomi Watts hasn’t even opened yet and is already causing a battle royal.
The film which focuses on her two year romance with heart surgeon Hasnat Khan (played by Naveen Andrews) which ended shortly before her death with Dodi Fayed in 1997 has been dismissed by Khan saying, “It is based on gossip and Diana’s friends talking about a relationship that they didn’t know much about. This includes some of my relatives who didn’t know much about it either. It is all based on hypotheses and gossip.”
One thing holds true. Mrs. Liev Schreiber was surely reigning on the red carpet at the ‘Diana’ World Premiere held at the Odeon Leicester Square in London.
