Amy Adams is on a roll. The 38-year old Oscar nominated and Golden Globe winner’s resume is stellar. ‘Enchanted’, Julia & Julia’,  ‘Catch Me If You Can’, ‘Junebug’, ‘Doubt’, ‘The Fighter’, ‘The Master’, and ‘Trouble with the Curve‘ opposite iconic Clint Eastwood just to name some.

I’m thinking she’s the go-to actress in Hollywood when producers, directors and studios want some Meryl Streep caliber of acting.

Enter Warner Bros. Pictures ‘Man of Steel’ where she’s Lois Lane alongside handsome Henry Cavill in the role of Clark Kent/Kal-El under the direction of Zack Snyder.

The story: A young boy learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of this Earth. As a young man, he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent here to do. But the hero in him must emerge if he is to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind.

The effects are AWESOME. Keep your eyes and ears open for Amy Adams. More awards galore coming her way in the future.

Co-stars: Michael Shannon,  Kevin Costner, Diane Lane,  Laurence Fishburne and Russell Crowe.
