New York Moves, New York City’s lifestyle and fashion magazine produced for city women “with attitude” – recently held its ninth annual Power Women Awards Gala at the Setai Fifth Avenue.

Hosted by Oscar-winning actress Susan SarandonCloud Atlas, Bull Durham, The Lovely Bones, Enchanted, Stepmom, Dead Man Walking, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and famous for her philanthropic work with UNICEF serving as a Goodwill Ambassador and an advocate for victims of hunger and HIV/AIDS – the ceremony honored this year’s high-achieving women who have all impacted their respective industries in significant ways.
