Last week, the A-list came out to celebrate opening night for the Broadway premiere of ‘The Mountaintop,’ starring Samuel L. Jackson and Angela Bassett.

Jackson playing the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, while Angela Bassett portrays Camae, a chambermaid who spends the night before his assassination conversing with him, is nothing short of terrific.

 

Here’s director Kenny Leon (‘Fences,’ ‘A Raisin in the Sun’) and writer Katori Hall pictured with the stars.
