Over the weekend, Music Mogul Clive Davis hosted an album launch party in Vegas for Santana at Vanity Nightclub in The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and then followed it up with a star- studded concert at the hotel’s venue, The Joint. Indie.Arie, Chris Daughtry, and Gavin Rossdale, who are all guest vocalists on the brand new Santana album, performed along with the incredibly gifted and engaging Santana. Also in attendance were Mary Wilson of the Supremes and Olivia Harrison (widow of George). ‘Guitar Heaven…The Greatest Guitar Classics of All Time’ is in stores September 21st on Clive Davis’ namesake, Arista Records which is of course under Sony Music.
